1. The first thing you can do to sponsor more distributors into your business is to actually know who they are. What I mean is, you need to know who the right people are for your products. If you market travel packages, the right person would be someone who frequently travels every year.

If you market a weight loss product or health drink, the person who would be right for this is someone who cares about their health and who is already looking for a particular benefit that your product offers.

2. Another tip on how to recruit people into your MLM business is to connect with the right people. This is easy to do. All you have to do is let them know that you understand their problem, or understand what they want to achieve, and that you were just like them.

3. The third MLM recruiting tip that will help you sponsor more people is to know how to overcome objections. Knowing how to do this will result in you adding people into your business everyday. You need to know how to overcome the basic objections.

These are some tips on how to recruit people into your MLM business. If you’re serious about growing your downline and sponsoring more distributors, make sure you use the tips above. It’ll make it easier for you to grow your MLM business.

The MLM recruiting strategies are:

1. The first thing you can do to sponsor more people into your business is know your target market. This is important if you want to recruit more people. Your target market will be people who have an interest in the benefits that your products offer. An example of this would be if you promoted a health beverage, your target market will be someone who is looking for one of the benefits your juice offers.

2. Another MLM recruiting strategy is to know how to connect with your target market. This means that you make your target market feel like you really care about what they want and you’re willing to help them solve their problems. This is what will help you stand out from other MLMers.

3. The third thing that will help you recruit people into your MLM business is knowing how to overcome basic objections. There are only two main reasons why people won’t join you. It’s associated either with price or skepticism. All you have to do is overcome these objections and you will be able to add dozens of people into your business. It’s easy to do it.

People will think you’re a genius when you start overcoming their objections.

Why Sharing Your Opportunity With People Is Destroying Your Mlm Prospecting

One of the most costly mistakes I see new network marketers make in their MLM prospecting is believing that they are simply sharing their opportunity’s products and services with their prospects.

And as a result, they hit a wall of resistance that they flat out never saw coming.

But it’s not your fault.  After all, your upline makes MLM prospecting sound so easy! All you have to do is share some great products with your friends and family and you’ll make tons of money!

Not so fast…

First off, you need to understand that once you have something to gain – compensation of any type – you now have a vested interest in your prospect’s decision.

As an example, when you are simply telling a friend about a cool movie you went to see, you have nothing to gain monetarily if they go see the movie too. In other words, your opinion hasn’t been “purchased”.

On the other hand, when you introduce compensation into your sharing, it not only cheapens your recommendation, it turns it into that 4-letter word: sales.

Why?

For starters, when you are telling your friend to check out the new movie you saw at the theater, it’s easy. Everyone does something like this, and it’s part of our everyday life.

Think about it: Why are you sharing this movie with them?

Most often it’s because you really did enjoy it, you think they would enjoy it too, and you want them to avoid seeing some other movie and not enjoying it as much as you think they would enjoy the movie you just saw.

Now let’s try that with your MLM prospecting when it comes to your fancy Juice, or whatever product/service your opportunity offers. Why are you sharing this product with your prospects?

You might think it will actually help them, but you also have something to gain. And as a result, the simple everyday action of sharing is much different – even to you. Not only does your friend see right through your ‘recommendation’, but it’s much harder for you to verbalize your sharing the same way. You feel a little awkward, maybe a little out of place, and when they don’t seem interested, it blows you away!

After all, they’re your friends and family… shouldn’t they want to give you their business?

You see, traditional MLM prospecting is built on the premise that sharing product experiences and recommendations is the most powerful form of marketing there is.

Which, I have to admit, is somewhat true.

I remember a marketing class I took in college. I was doing a research report on why people purchase certain household products. What we uncovered was that well over ½ of total sales of something like dish soap was as a result of 2nd + generation use. Meaning, for the most part, people use the products their parents/grandparents/authority figure used and they are comfortable with. You have a loyalty to that brand because you grew up using it, your parents or other authority figure in your life used it, and therefore you trust it.

This applies to things like drinking Coke vs. Pepsi, or using Tide vs. Gain. The reality is you do use these products as a result of sharing, but those that shared it with you did not gain monetarily from the transaction.

Traditional MLM prospecting is attempting to capitalize on this type of relationship and knowledge of product usage, but it’s introducing a variable that changes everything – compensation. It changes how you approach the sharing, and most of all it changes how your recommendation is received.

So if you are approaching MLM prospecting as simply sharing, stop it! Take the time to learn how to correctly go about prospecting for your MLM or you’ll never reach the levels of success you are truly capable of in this industry.

I signed up 5 people about 10 years ago and the size of my downline has has doubled every month since. I now have about 1 million people in my downline and will probably have about 500 million within a few years.

My upline is making over $100 million every month. Do you want to get in before it really explodes?

10 million is a lot of people! Some peolple fail though, and some people are just negative people that get fed up and only speak poorly about Network Marketing and we kicked them out…they have been banished so to speak.

I said it doubled every month for the last 10 years. That is 120 months of doubling. The formula is not the crazy thing you have listed…its 5 people x 2 to the 12th power which is about 1 million people.
You are forgetting the 12 months in a year cancel that out…12 / 12 = 1.

Look, I am not going to argue with someone who clearly cannot comprehend basic math. I just don’t have time becuase I have millions of people in my downline who DO get it.

Why don’t people who do NOT believe in MLM just avoid answering MLM related questions in the first place.
Some people like ice-cream some prefer Jell-O. Why the heck should an ice-cream lover go babbling about how bad Jell-O is? Stick to what you like and let others stick to what THEY like REGARDLESS of how silly or senseless it may appear to you.

I see on the internet that there are so many multi-level marketing home businesses out there even though you never hear anyone in your personal circle talking about them. I started one and it is awesome. Just wondering if anyone else is involved in these and how successful they are. How long? How much are you making? Any advice?
Mine is EcoQuest – it’s about 20 years old and made the inc 500. I found it because I had mold in my house and found a machine on the internet that would kill it. I bought it and it WORKED. The next morning my head wasn’t even stuffed! I was so amazed I wanted to start dealing them so, I do. It’s just difficult finding other people who care, people who want to help get these units out to the public who need them so bad. The EPA says over 50% of illnesses are from indoor pollution and nobody is doing anything about it! I’m trying to – and am amazed at how few care.

It appears there is such a variety out there – some good, some not so good. But for those who succeed in a big way, what is it that sets you apart? For example, I don’t push, I am here when somebody needs what I have to offer. I’m just amazed that less seem to need that which is available. So much less than I thought. I put it out there to the public and since it’s not candy or explicit material, nobody has yet to beat my door down. So, tell me, what is it that sets those who have lines at their doors apart from those who don’t get paid attention to. MLM or not – it’s about marketing; getting product out to the market. If you aren’t WalMart or Sears, how can you get people to notice YOUR products – that happen to be so much better? ~Is there anyone successful enough to answer this?

I work with a excellent MLM company and am trying to use simple ways to advertise on the internet and I don’t have a lot of time or money to spend on ad’s and useless postings. Any help would be appreciated
As a secondary thought also, I have limited time to spend cold prospecting as most responses might be. but I also use a small amount of that technique.
