MLM Scam Buster

by admin on June 12, 2010

www.powerhousemarketplace.com “Are all MLM (Multi Level Marketing) companies scams?” “Why do you have to pay to work for one?” “Aren’t they all pyramid schemes?” “Someone I know lost a ton of money with one of those things.” “Those things NEVER work.” If you are considering joining an MLM, you HAVE to watch this short video first.

No problem, and I gave you a 5 star rating :-) .–Not totally sure how the YT rating system works but I believe once you get a good rating it may help increase your views (because it seems my own vids take off once they get a good rating from someone).

And you make a lot of good points like–learn to sell WITHOUT “selling”. I remember now personally finding that out myself, and hearing it from MANY who are very successful at selling.

@1967PmdGto yes, I make it a goal to share as much with everyone so they do not get scammed!

@1967PmdGto I NEVER have my team pay wads of upfront cash, or ever for that matter. They pay the minimum for the registration, then as with and BUSINESS (not JOB) I work with them based on THEIR goals! What a concept! LOL

@1967PmdGto That is the key to success…learn to sell WITHOUT “selling”.

As good as PPL was, people couldn’t see it’s value when I sold it—they’d rather spend $20 a month for beer than for that great legal service. I no longer sell it, but I use it’s “service” extensively for my company’s legal issues. When I stopped trying to sell it, I made more sales. It helps when people come to you for help first, vs cold selling.–Another landlord or business person would tell me about a tenant/deal from hell, they’d ask who I use for legal issues, etc. And I’d tell them PPL.

PS—I want to clarify more on–> “paying money to start working for’em”. I was talking more about those tacky companies where you pay for them to send you stuff to mail for them, with the promise off making so much per “hit” they get from your mailing. You never see these people who sent you the stuff, etc. But companies like Herbalife and Pre-Paid Legal are real, you meet/see them, etc…I’ve made money doing both.

And as you can see my YT page is dedicated to something not as “IMPORTANT” as yours. LOL I said I was going to donate mine 100% to JUST ONE of the HOBBIES/LOVES OF MY LIFE since I’m involved with so much data for that one subject.–I keep politics and anything else I like away from my YT page. I LOVE answering questions for free for people on MY LOVE/HOBBY here on youtube, JUST AS YOU CAN DO FOR PEOPLE WITH MLMs, etc! ROCK ON!

Hey “Dave K” from your 86 class. Good Intro Video about MLMs. I learned around 1999—> if you have to pay money on MLMs “to start working for them” then you’ll always lose money, IT’S AS SIMPLE AT THAT–for me anyway. ONLY WHEN I STARTED DOING STUFF ON MY OWN did I start making money working for myself–things like brokering the buy/sell of commodities/fuels/metals, etc. I have a long way to go but got it down to no overhead/adverting costs!–I blew BIG money in the beginning, it took learning!
